In order for the Dior foundation to not look blotchy, I have to dab a little bit of the foundation on a small area of my face and then blend with Mac I have to work a small section at a time, which is time consuming. In comparison to the Mac Duo Fibre brush review , the Mac is denser, shorter and smaller in general. I wish the Mac was as dense and as firm as the Mac , but other than that, I definitely prefer the for applying liquid foundation.

However, the stippling method does not work with my Dior foundation because of the formula of the foundation. It dries really fast. The Mac works best for stippling concealer under the eye area, for highlighting the tops of the cheeks with cream-based products and for contouring when using cream bronzers.

The best part about this brush is that maintenance is super easy! All the liquid and cream-based products gets out of the brush after one wash without any harsh scrubbing, and dries quicker than most of my other face brushes.

The total length measures 6. The head of the brush is about a little less than 1 inch. I bought the LE version, which was part of the Novel Twist set shorter handles , and always thought it shed, but my friend who talked me into getting MAC brushes swore hers doesn't. I have the full size , which I love!

It doesn't shed and I use it for blush and highlighter. I've never worn foundation but always felt like I had to have the It's perfect for applying a light hand of bronzer or blush for those subtle looks.

I love it! Rasilla : I myself have dry skin, so those days that I need liquid foundation, I reach out for this brush, really cuts the application time in half! JoJoba, sorry the brush doesn't work for you!!! But at least you have a brush that works for you at present right? So why ask for more? Liz, mine sheds! LOL Can't wait to hear your thoughts on yours. MAC’s # 187 Stippling Brush makes foundation work harder

I especially loved how flawless this applies my foundation!! I can't live without it!! Ooo I have always wanted to try this brush : It is on my list of beauty things to buy :. I tested a skunk brush like this one for liquid foundation. Air brushed perfection! Mine's by the cheapy Flirt brand found in the USA. Thanks for the review. CS sheds like crazy It's kinda sad that I love it so much I have Thanks for the review! I love your reviews! They are so detailed! T-T but u are right, it is good [if it doesnt shed]. I also wished to have my own MAC before but I changed my mind after purchasing brush..

I just don't want to shed P3, for a single brush : about dupes, I have Charm and Lumiere duo fiber brush.. I prefer the Charm one better coz it has fuller and denser head and it can be used for for foundies and powders.. Princessmei, I think true to what others say, if you use it more, the shedding lessens : Thanks for letting me know about the CS, glad I didn't purchase it : Sab, yes, it is very expensive and I felt a heart break everytime it sheds, there goes Php per shedding lol Jenn, oh no! The LE bleeds? I just don't get it! Well I do know the LE editions are machine made and the full sized ones are handmade, but why does it has to bleed..
