The first option My Drive can sync only with one folder Google Drive on your computer or external drive. So you cannot distribute files of My Drive in two places to sync. Instead of that, Google offer the 2nd option My Mac.
So, if you share the folders and files on the 1st account with 2nd account, you can see the shared contents in the "Shared with me" on the 2nd account.
